It's even worse for e-learning content developers who have to rework our sequencing rules for each client. Differences even between versions of the same lms at different customers sites happen! It just inflates our costs of implementing the courseware and the customer has no idea how complex the sequencing is and that it's not just writing it but testing it against the unknown logic the LMS provider used to implement it.
